Our store is hosted on NameCheap. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Items may be returned or exchanged after 5 days of purchase, in exact condition and packaging. After 5 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. (additional time may be required for customers outside Nigeria). Items can only be exchanged for another product in stock or a store credit will be given towards a future purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customized items can only be adjusted, but cannot be returned or exchanged. Adjustments and alterations can be done to them

Shipping cost is based on delivery location locally and internationally. Additional shipping cost may be required for bulk orders.

For international customers, please note that the customer is responsible for custom charge, import duty, tax and any fees at the destination.
